Construction of a new crocodile farm with leather processing plant, training centre and tourist area. The project consists of two separate sides.
The tourist area which is constructed directly at the river side includes the entire tourism infrastructure, 16m high viewing towers, pump stations, chalets, restaurants, administration offices, water decks, shops, etc.
The commercial area includes all necessary crocodile processing structures such as breading ponds, incubators, farm stores, cooler rooms, abattoir, workshops, sewer treatment plant, pump stations, leather processing workshops, 18m high water tower, administration offices, staff houses and management buildings.
