The new offices buildings, Block A and B, consists of 3 and 2 storeys respectively. The backbone of the building is a concrete frame with masonry infill and the main building is topped off by a large overhanging, steel roof. The design was shape around the main structural elements of our building industry – concrete, steel and timber. A giant wall joins the two office blocks and rises high beyond the building eaves. This concrete wall forms a prominent feature which, besides offering shear stability, symbolises our strongly founded stand within the industry.
